Traditional "light" Chinese Oolongs. Mainly harvested in the South part of Fujian. This is also the origin of one of the most famous Chinese teas - Oolong Tie Guan Yin. Generally Oolongs from this area are rolled into a ball shape, they undergo a small degree of fermentation and their flavour and aroma spectrum often include floral and creamy overtones. This tea has a gentle taste and a wonderful aroma.
