Jin Guan Yin Chun Tou is an interesting mellow, light Oolong. Due to proper storage from the moment it was produced it has preserved its early spring floral and birch juice flavour. It has a rich herbaceous aroma.
This tea can be prepared in any type of teaware: glass, porcelain, clay. Recommended brewing temperature is 80-95 °С (176-203°F). Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water. Jin Guan Yin Chun Tou can be steeped in a glass or prepared using the Pin cha method; it can handle up to 8 steeps.
