A flavourful classic Tie Guan Yin with a fruity flavour profile. The dry leaf aroma includes notes of fresh leaves, sorrel and young potatoes. The taste is vibrant, buttery, fruity and floral with a touch of sweetness. The Cha Hai aroma is inspiring, bold, creamy with a slight sourness and grassiness. If the steeping time is increased the tea acquires an interesting sourness.
A wonderful Tie Guan Yin, great quality and inexpensive. A great option for the everyday. Can be brewed both in the morning and the evening. It never gets boring.
