Diang Hong Jin Luo is a Black tea from Yunnan. This tea is known for its distinct visual appearance and rich, voluminous aroma.
The dry leaf aroma is thick and rich including sweet floral, hay and chocolatey notes. Baked apple overtones enter the arome ensemble once the leaves are heated. The flavour is light and smooth, baked and floral.

Recommended brewing temperature is 85-90°С (185-194°F). Best prepared in clay or porcelain teaware. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.14 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water. It can be steeped up to 7 times.
