Gao Shan XiangHua Hong Cha is a Black tea harvested from high mountains in Xiang Hua. The aroma is of cocoa beans, the liquor is a vibrant orange and red colour. The flavour is light and smooth with well-balanced astringency. Thick and strong with a sweet aftertaste. The flavour profile includes juicy notes of berries, fruit and bread crust, completed by a caramel and honey sweetness.
Soothes and warms you from within. A great option if you are a bit tired of Dian Hongs. An everyday tea that can be brewed in a glass or using the Pin Cha method.
