An excellent Hun Cha tea from Fujian, also called “Black pearl”. Hei Jin Hei Zhen Zhu is a strong, nuanced tea with a strawberry aroma and a fruit, bread-like flavour. The absence of tartiness and a long-lasting sweetness make it stand out. A tea for a pleasant and cozy tea session.
Jin Jun Mei can be prepared in porcelain or clay teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 85-90 °С (185-194°F). The best brewing methods are Pin Cha or steeping. Can be steeped up to 7 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
