Black gold tea is a must have for any tea lover. Hei Jin Xiao Zhong is from Northern Fujian, the tea consists of leaves and buds which had only recently begun to bloom before being collected, the leaf-to-bud ratio is 30/70. 

The tea has a rich, sweet, bread-like aroma. The flavour is gentle, buttery, reminiscent of chocolate candy and honey and topped with a subtle, mild touch of tartness. The aftertaste is long-lasting, light and sweet.

Hei Jin Xiao Zhong can be prepared in a porcelain Gaiwan, or a clay teapot. Water is best heated to a temperature of 85-95 °С (185-203°F). The best brewing methods are Pin Cha or steeping in a thermos or cup. It can be steeped up to 8 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.21 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
