A classic Hun Cha from Wuyishan. Simple and strong. Can be brewed in a teapot, Gaiwan, or simply in a cup. It has a sweet, fruity flavour with a slight bread-like tartiness and a rich aroma comprised of cherry, black bread, honey and plumb.
A vibrant and strong tea that boosts energy, a great substitute for coffee.
The tea can be prepared in porcelain or clay teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 85-90 °С (185-194°F). The best brewing methods are Pin Cha or steeping in a thermos or cup. Can be steeped up to 8 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
