This fragrant Xiao Zhong cake was made at the Qifu factory in Donghai. It is not pressed densely and, therefore, you can easily break off pieces from the cake.
The dry leaf aroma is dominated by chocolate, the taste includes baked apples and dried fruit with a long-lasting baked aftertaste. It can be boiled and left to steep for longer periods of time.
