Ye Sheng Xiao Zhong “from wild bushes” is a pleasant Black tea from the Fujian province. It has a good-quality whole leaf which adds to the gentleness of the tea.
Ye Sheng Xiao Zhong harvested from wild bushes in the Fujian province is a well-balanced tea with “all the right flavour and aroma in all the right places”. The dry leaf aroma contains dark chocolate and bread crust overtones, once the leaf is heated baked and herbaceous notes appear. This natural tea has a berry flavour with a touch of tartness and coolness. It has a rich bread-like aftertaste. A great choice for a daily tea session in the evening. Uplifting, relaxing, helps to keep warm.
This tea can be brewed in porcelain, clay or ceramic teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 85-90 °С (185-194°F). Suggested brewing methods are Pin Cha or steeping in a thermos or cup. It can handle up to 8 steeps. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.21 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
