Recommended brewing temperature is 85-95°С (185-203°F). Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong (Lapsang Souchong) is best prepared in porcelain or clay teaware. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water. It can handle up to 8 steeps. This exquisite Black tea can be brewed at any time of the day.
