A medium-fermented, charcoal roasted Oolong. The raw material was grown and harvested at the Lu Gu tea farm situated at a height of 1000-1200m above sea level. The roasting process includes two stages: raw material is first placed in a drying oven and then placed over hardwood coal to be manually roasted. Hand-roasting is a much harder process and requires a greater skill set: it is very easy to overroast the raw material on coal.
