A good Taiwanese Oolong from high-quality raw material harvested on Ali Shan at a height of 1300m. It has a classic raisin taste, which at first seems to be shifting to the classic tartness found in some Gabas, but instead it transforms into a long-lasting sweetness with a milk chocolate and cinnamon aftertaste.
