One of the more famous Chinese teas from lake Xihu. It is made out of small leaves and buds. Has a rich flavour of seeds, ripe cherries and cooked corn.

Long Jing AA can be brewed in porcelain or glass teaware. It can be steeped in a glass or prepared using the Pin cha method. Recommended brewing temperature is 80°С (176°F). Tea-to-water ratio is 4 g. (0.14 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
