Long Jing AAA, spring 2019 is a famous Chinese Green tea from lake Xihu. It is made out of small leaves and buds.
It has a voluminous flavour of pumpkin seeds with grassy and floral notes and a sweet finish. The aftertaste is buttery and long-lasting.
This tea can be served during the morning, afternoon or evening. The tea state is light and relaxing, helps to enter a meditative state.
Long Jing AAA can be brewed in porcelain or glass teaware. It can be steeped in a glass or prepared using the Pin Cha method. Recommended brewing temperature is 80°С (176°F). Tea-to-water ratio is 4 g. (0.14 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
