Honey orchid tea is one of the most famous teas of South China. It has a rich taste and immerses into a deep tea state. This tea is from a famous region of the Phoenix mountain which is revered in China. First mention of this tea dates back to the 13th century.
It has a rich honey flavour with a hint of tartness, the aroma is herbaceous with honey and floral undertones.

This tea can be brewed in porcelain, clay or ceramic teaware. Recommended brewing temperature is 85-90 °С (185-194°F). The best brewing method are Pin Cha or steeping in a thermos or cup, may be steeped up to 8 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
