Hei Cha Cang Ming Zhen Pin “Tibet brick” is pressed in a square shape. The heated leaf includes cellar, earthy, woody as well as slight truffle notes. The liquor is a cognac colour. The taste is smooth, light and velvety. It includes a nutty, dark chocolate sweetness with a slight tartness at the end. A cozy and comforting Hei Cha, helps to wind down. A good option for morning tea sessions or long work sessions.
Recommended brewing temperature: 95°C. Can be prepared in a cup or thermos, or using the Pin Cha method.
