An excellent Hei Cha for the everyday. It is especially great after eating as it helps to digest food.
A strong Hei Cha with berry, woody flavour with mushroom undertones. Strong, but not overstimulating. It is rather soothing and helps enter into a long-lasting state of leisure.
Hei Cha Qin Zhuan can be brewed in clay or thick ceramic teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 90-95 °С (194-203°F). Suggested brewing methods are Pin Cha or boiling. It can be steeped up to 5 times. Tea-to-water ratio is ml. (0.21 oz) 6 g. per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
