Black tea Khosta from Krasnodar, Russia. The aroma includes dried berries, chocolate and prunes. The flavour is full-bodied with a berry tartness and caramel-chocolate sweetness. The aftertaste is sweet and sour with hints of wood and prunes. A good tea for morning or daytime tea sessions. Best prepared by prolonged steeping in a teapot, glass or thermos. Pin Cha is not the best way to brew: after the second steep the infusion will become more or less flat with a caramel-berry flavour.
Soothes and warms up. A good choice to pair with a piece of pie or cake.
