A wonderful Sheng harvested near Bing Dao mountain in Lincang prefecture.
The flavour consists of apples and cherries with a forest aroma and a tinge of tartness, the tea leaves a long-lasting sweetness (at the bottom of the cup/ Gaiwan).
Bing Dao can be brewed in clay or thick ceramic teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 90-95 °С (194-203°F). Suggested brewing methods are Pin Cha or boiling. It can be steeped up to 9 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 6 g. (0.21 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
A strong Sheng Puerh, perfect for the afternoon or morning on a weekend. Evoques a strong tea state that helps to relax and enter a meditative state.
