Sheng Puerh “Brushwood” also called Ba Zi Cha (把子茶) is made out of raw material “yu shui cha” which grows after heavy rainfall during the summer. Stems with 3 or 4 leaves and buds are collected, twisted and bunched together into small bundles. Otherwise this is an ordinary Sheng Puerh. It does not have a rich and vibrant taste, but it provokes many interesting flavour associations like dried pears and smoked fish. There are slight floral and dried fruit notes. Gentle and subtly sweet.
Helps to relax and organize thoughts. A good option for boiling over a fire.
