A wonderful Puerh made from raw material harvested from the famous Great Snow Mountain (大雪山), Lincang Prefecture. Raw material is collected from tea trees that are approximately 100-150 years old, grow at a height of 2500 m.
The taste includes dried apples and honey notes with a slight astringency. Well-balanced. This Sheng is reminiscent of “old school” 2005 Sheng Puerhs when they were still young (not aged). Can handle intense steeping.
