An exquisite and extraordinarily well-balanced young Sheng. Elements of herbaceousness, fermentation and sweetness exist in harmony within this Sheng, as though it is a well aged tea. Gentle with no astringency or harshness. The flavour profile includes sweet dried apricots, fern, mushrooms, raisins, leather and tobacco. The liquor is a light, golden straw colour.
Drink this Sheng on days when you feel like you could use some joy and warmth. Great for a morning tea session, or an attentive tea experience. Recommended brewing temperature between 80-85°C, very gradually increase steeping time for best results.
