A Sheng Puerh with an almost misleading, strong aroma of freshly dried apples. The tea consists of thin leaves with light buds. The taste is simple and modest, with light Sheng tobacco notes and almost no tartness. Although the initial aroma would suggest a refreshing flavour profile in reality it is smoky, herbal and earthy with sweetness and creaminess. This Sheng can be brewed in a glass, thermos or using the Pin Cha method. An especially good option for boiling over a fire, try experimenting by adding different herbs into the pot when boiling the Sheng.
