A young Sheng Puerh harvested near the border of China and Burma, village Lao Man E. It has that typical Lao Man E astringency followed by a fruity sweetness. The leaf aroma includes baked apples and slight chocolate and creamy notes. The flavour profile consists of dried fruit, vegetale, floral and woody notes. Soothing and refreshing.
A good option for a morning or evening tea session. Can be brewed in a cup or using the Pin Cha method.
