The heated leaf has a cranberry, honey and tropical fruit aroma. The flavour is sweet, with cranberry overtones and a hint of tartness, the aftertaste is sweet and long-lasting. A good choice for a tea session outdoors and in a park. We recommend to have a longer first steep to allow the tea ball to open up. This Sheng Puerh is made out of high-quality material which has resulted in the tea being very well-balanced and strong. Despite its packaging, Long Zhu is a good choice for maturing.
Suggested water temperature is 90-95 °С (194-203°F). The best brewing methods are Pin Cha or boiling. Can be steeped up to 9 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 6 g. (0.21 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
