This Sheng Puerh is from a small village called Nan Ben Laozhai situated near Mang Song and at an altitude of approximately 1900 m. above sea level. Raw material is harvested in the spring time from small trees that are approximately 100-130 years old. The illustration on the cake cover was created by artist Xuan Feng (玄风).
The steeped leaf aroma has spicy apple notes. A soft and light Sheng Puerh with a floral-fruity taste topped off with a hint of citrus. The taste is thick, but goes down easy.
