An interesting young Sheng Puerh from the Yunnan province pressed in an unusual shape. It is collected from large trees called Da Shu. Mild and refreshing with hints of honey and wild herbs. Gently soothes and sets a good mood.
A tea for the everyday. Best brewed in porcelain teaware. The taste of the young Puerh leaves a deep, long-lasting aftertaste topped off with sweet and creamy undertones.
Suggested water temperature is 90-95 °С (194-203°F). The best brewing methods are Pin Cha or boiling. Shen Shan Sheng Zhuan can handle up to 9 steeps. Tea-to-water ratio is 6 g. (0.21 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
