This Shu Puerh is collected and pressed at the Lincang prefecture. It consists of small-sized raw material, primarily buds.
The tea has a viscous, rich flavour of nuts and plumbs with a sweet aftertaste. It is strong and invigorating, fills you with energy for the whole day. Perfect for the everyday tea session.
Shu Gong Ting Cha Zhuan can be prepared in clay or thick ceramic teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 90-95 °С (194-203°F). The best brewing methods are Pin Cha or steeping in a thermos or cup; it can handle up to 7 steeps. Tea-to-water ratio is 9 g. (0.32 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
