Si Fang is a a farmer Shu Puerh, harvested in 2015 by auntie Ming.
It has a moist earthy flavour with notes of vanilla and chocolate. It starts out soft and gentle, every steep adds a bit more viscoucity to the liquor, each sip is completed by a long-lasting aftertaste. Helps to balance the mind, boosts energy in a soft and gradual manner. Perfect for lazy days when you need to get things done but you don’t want to rush or get hectic about it. A good choice for the everday.
Shu Puerh Si Fang can be prepared in porcelain or clay teaware. Recommended water temperature is 90-95 °С (194-203°F). It can be steeped up to 9 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 8 g. (0.28 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
