It can be brewed in clay or thick ceramic teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 90-95 °С (194-203°F). The best brewing option is Pin Cha, but it can also be boiled, or steeped in a cup. It can handle up to 8 steeps. Tea-to-water ratio is 9 g. (0.32 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
