A nice choice for a daily tea session. It has a honey-and-cream aroma with a sweet lollypop-like taste. Helps to relax and sets a good mood. It can be simply steeped in a cup.  

This Ali Shan and a tea pair make a great combination: its rich aroma helps to enter into a meditative state.

Ali Shan can be brewed in porcelain, ceramic or clay teaware. Water is best heated to a temperature of 85-90 °С (185-194°F). This tea can be steeped in a glass or prepared using the Pin cha method. Can be steeped up to 8 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml (3.5 oz) of water.
