Ali Shan AAA is a hand-rolled Oolong from Taiwan considered to be one of the top five Oolongs of Taiwan. It is harvested from bushes located at a height of up to 1 500 meters.  

It has a dry leaf aroma of butter cookies with  floral notes. The heated leaf has cream and pumpkin seed overtones with a slight sweetness. The flavour is light, gentle and luscious, slightly sweet with a long-lasting stevia aftertaste.

Fresh and inspiring. A good choice for any time of the day, especially nice for a weekend tea session with a group of friends.

Recommended brewing temperature is 85-95°С (185-203°F). Ali Shan Oolong AAA is best prepared in porcelain or clay teaware. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water. It can handle up to 9 steeps.
