GABA He Huang Shan can be translated as “tea from happiness mountain”, harvested at a height of approximately 2000 meters. The aroma is reminiscent of autumn with notes of bark, milk, dried herbs, fallen leaves and oatmeal cookies. The taste is herbaceous with a slight tartness and astringency.
If you feel out of balance, a tea session with GABA He Huang Shan may be a great way to regain balance and inner peace. Cha Qi is strong. Recommended brewing vessel: teapot or Gaiwan, can handle at least 8 steeps. Can also be brewed in a glass or boiled over a fire.
