An interesting Gaba from Nantou, harvested at a height of 800 m, the intense roasting that this natural tea undergoes gives it a special touch.
The dry leaf has an aroma of nutmeg, wood and leather. Chestnut and grape overtones make their way once the leaf is heated. The flavour is hard to catch and includes hints of cheese and cream with a long-lasting chocolate aftertaste. The tea leaves a soft smoke-and-charcoal aroma at the bottom of the cup.
This Gaba has a strong tea state which helps to clear the mind and catch some good vibes. It is a good choice for an attentive tea session or if you are looking for something out of the ordinary.
