Oolong Gui Hua is best prepared in porcelain or glass teaware. Optimal brewing temperature is 85-90 °С (185-194°F). Use 5g. of tea (0,018 oz) per 100ml of water (3.5 oz). Recommended brewing methods: Pin Cha or steeped in a cup.
