Oolong Hong Shui is a truly unique tea as it combines the qualities of both Red and Oolong teas. The production method dates back several centuries and Taiwan has done a great job of preserving it.

It has a viscous, thick taste and a long-lasting creamy-and-floral aftertaste with a nuanced robust floral aroma. An excellent choice for afternoon tea sessions and tea ceremonies. Especially great when consumed using tea pairs.

Oolong Hong Shui can be brewed in porcelain, clay or ceramic teaware. Suggested brewing temperature is 85-90 °С (185-194°F).  This tea can be steeped in a thermos or prepared using the Pin Cha method, it can handle up to 8 steeps. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.018 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
