Pressed Bai Mu Dan tea from the year 2017 made by Pinmingxiang Tea Co in Fuding.
A lightly pressed White tea made up of leaves and buds. The buds are, surprisingly, undamaged and still have some elasticity.
The dry leaf aroma includes green apple and chocolate. Once heated the aroma composition is complimented by notes of rose and candy.
The taste is creamy and gentle with a light apple sourness and a floral aftertaste.
Cha Qi is calm, warm and relaxing.
