A wonderful Northern Fujian Oolong, heavily roasted, with a cinnamon aroma. This tea gets its unique fiery flavour from the numerous heating phases it undergoes during the production process.
It has a rich cinnamon and floral aroma, tastes of orchids and berries with a fresh aftertaste. This tea is strong and robust with a rich engulfing aroma. After you finish drinking the tea we recommend enjoying the aroma that remains at the bottom of the cup or the Cha Hai.

Rou Gui can be prepared in porcelain, clay or ceramic teaware. Suggested brewing temperature is 85-90 °С (185-194°F). It can be prepared using the Pin Cha method or by steeping in a thermos or cup. Rou Gui can handle up to 6 steeps. Tea-to-water ratio is 6 g. (0.21 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
