A wonderful, heavily roasted Oolong from Northern Fujian. It has a rich and robust berry flavor with smoky and caramel undertones. The aroma that is left at the bottom of the cup or Cha Hai is in itself reason enough to try this tea.

A great choice for the everyday; it can be served during the morning, afternoon or evening. Has a soothing effect, sets a good mood and helps to catch positive vibes.

Shui Xiang can be brewed in porcelain, clay or ceramic teaware. Recommended brewing temperature is 85-90 °С (185-194°F). It can be steeped in a thermos or cup, or brewed using the Pin Cha method; it can be steeped up to 6 times. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water.
