We have selected our top three favourite teas from this week to share with you.

Our first Tea of the week is Jin Jun Mei AAA: a rich, unforgettable tea from Fujian that will leave behind confectionary madness in your cup.

Our second favourite is Sheng Puerh Pa Sha Shan: this tea consists of the best that the Pa Sha Mountain has to offer. It has a flower blossom and caramel aftertaste with a wonderful tea state.

 

 

And our third favourite this week: Guangdong Oolong Bing Xiang Dan Cong AAA. This tea is frozen to prevent further fermentation instead of being heated. Rich, floral, with a light pleasant astringency to it.
