Sun-dried Black tea Hong Bing is loosely pressed into small 100g. cakes. The heated dry leaf is similar to a Shou Mei. It has a sweet aroma that includes flowers, fruits, honey and slight sour apple with a bit of citrus. The taste is thick and gentle with balanced sweet-and-sour notes. The aftertaste is ephemeral with notes of buckwheat honey and a slight grapefruit tartness. Goes down smooth, and gently revitalizes. A great option for everyday tea sessions, especially in the morning.
