Oolong Khosta from Krasnodar, Russia. The flavour profile includes fresh berry tartness, confiture sweetness. At first the taste is predominantly herbaceous, but tartness and a touch of lemon peel astringency soon make their way into the mix, completed by creamy notes at the end. Overall this Oolong has a thick, interesting flavour that has two main dominant elements - cream and lemon peel. It requires a lot of attention during the brewing process, but if you get it right you are in for a treat.
