Ba Da Shan is a Sheng Puerh from Yunnan province, collected near Ba Da mountains from one-hundred-year-old trees.
It has an aroma of baked apples with a hint of mint and eucalyptus. This Chinese tea is viscose and astringent with a tart flavour, the long-lasting aftertaste has a hint of sweetness. Ba Da Shan has a strong tea state which uplifts and invigorates. A great choice to catch some positive vibes.
Recommended brewing temperature is 90-95°С (194-203°F). Ba Da Shan is best prepared in porcelain or clay teaware. Tea-to-water ratio is 5 g. (0.18 oz) per 100 ml. (3.5 oz) of water. It can handle up to 10 steeps. This Raw Puerh can be brewed during any time of the day: morning, afternoon or evening.
