Si Ji Chun, spring of four seasons is a Taiwanese Oolong. It has a thick, creamy aroma that includes light floral notes. The taste is sweet, thick, slightly floral and herbal, with dominant smooth, creamy notes of seeds, nuts and cherries.The aftertaste is long lasting.

Recommended brewing temperature: 75-85 °C. Best brewed in porcelain or glass teaware. A good option for any time of day.
